Solution Focus and the Body of Knowledge
Klaus Schenck

Room: Roosevelt - Thu. 11:00-12:30 am

Content

Since the days when SF was primarily an exercise in talking (listening, asking questions), a lot of knowledge about the wisdom of the body and its surrounding space has been (re-) discovered to be helpful in co-creating solutions. Pesso Therapy (PBSP), Clean Space, Constellation Work, Feeling Path (to name but a few) can all be mined and mixed into small exercises to expand the Body of Knowledge of SF. Bring your body, mind, joy, and curiosity for a brief, individual journey, followed by a joint reflection of some of these explorations!

Take aways

  • How to use your body to discover solutions distributed across the room.

  • How to explore your body to re-mix emotions

  • How to invoke imaginary Ideal Resources for help

Workshop Format

Up to three practical and inspiring exercises in self-exploration, framed by a brief intro before, and a shared reflection afterwards.
