Join me for an engaging workshop designed for SF practitioners who wish to explore the intersection of creative writing and solution focus. This hands-on experience guides you through a series of creative writing prompts rooted in the core SF techniques of exploring the resourceful past and envisioning the preferred future. These prompts will vividly describe micro-moments of your resourceful past and preferred future using a poetic lens and sensory details. Each exercise invites immersion into the richness of these micro-moments, recharging with resourceful experiences and possibilities. The session will demonstrate how SF-inspired creative writing can powerfully nourish mental wellness and foster resilience offering an innovative angle to traditional SF practices.
