What if every conversation—no matter how messy or unexpected—could feel like the right one? Accompanying isn’t about having all the answers or sticking to a rigid plan. It’s about listening deeply, noticing what’s happening, and responding in ways that move the conversation forward. In coaching and workplace relationships, the ability to accompany someone with creativity and care can transform even the toughest situations into opportunities for connection and progress. In this workshop, we’ll explore how to make every key the “right key” by practicing the art of accompanying. Using the Dialogic Orientation Quadrant (DOQ), we’ll play together with how to listen, calibrate, and respond in real-time—whether you’re working with a team, coaching a client, or navigating those tricky office conversations that leave you wondering, “What just happened?” This isn’t about following a script or sticking to the “right way.” It’s about staying curious, adapting to what’s present, and leaning into the creative messiness of real conversations.
