This workshop explores how humor, horse behavior, and flow triggers can empower individuals to access flow states, build resilience, and lead with authenticity. Through evidence-based insights, personal experiences, and hands-on practices, you learn how to use humor and insights from horse behavior to cultivate flow and foster self-leadership.

International Solution-Focused coach and trainer, located in Belgium, working mainly in academic contexts. Focuses on effective communication and authentic (self)leadership. She draws her inspiration from the natural – Solution Focused - behaviour of horses, especially from their clear, and yet connecting way of communicating. Her approach fosters flow, helps individuals take responsibility, and teams form a herd. In 2019, she wrote the book "Connective Clarity. When Horses Invite You to Take up Authentic, Solution Focused Leadership" (Available in English and in Dutch). She has (co-)organized several Solution Focus Summer Retreats and other SOLevents.

Executive Coach, Trainer, and Humor Ambassador. She holds workshops integrating humor and improv with psychological research to enhance flow, creativity, flexibility, and performance. She has 25+ years of leadership experience in multinational companies and organizations. She is a lifelong member of the Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor (aath.org). She translates evidence-based techniques into actionable tools for teams and individuals, focusing on mindset shifts, communication, and leadership skills. She holds presentations and workshops at international conferences. Her passion is helping people laugh more and complain less. As a speech coach, she supported 100+ presenters for TEDx and Forbes conferences.
